The steel coil that needs to be pickled is hoisted by the raw material straddle crane on the steel coil storage slewing frame at the entrance of the unit. The slewing frame is rotated by a hydraulic motor and has three carrying arms, each of which can carry a 24-ton steel coil. . The coils on the revolving frame are taken off by the ground-mounted coil trolley, and then transported to the pickling decoiler drum across the span.

After the reel is expanded to fix the steel coil, the uncoiler is rotated and the head of the strip is sent to the open pinch straightener by means of the pressing roller and the uncoiler device, and the straightening head is sent forward to the cutting head and shearing machine. Remove the unqualified part of the strip head, and then use the 1# and 2# side guide devices to perform mechanical centering to facilitate the stripping.

After the belt threading indicator is on, start threading, so that the lead head passes through the pre-cleaning tank, the three-stage pickling tank, the four-stage spray cleaning tank, and the hot air dryer in turn, and reaches the disc shear. The pre-wash tank has three functions: first, before the strip enters the pickling tank, the loose dust, iron oxide scale, oil and residue on the strip are removed through the pre-wash tank; the second is to preheat the strip; three It is to wash the surface of the strip steel when rewinding the belt after the failure of the belt threading, and remove the acid liquid from the acid tank on the surface of the strip steel, so as not to corrode the equipment in the inlet section. The pre-rinsing liquid can be cold water or lye, according to different needs; the three-stage cascade countercurrent pickling tank is used to remove the iron oxide scale on the surface of the strip steel, and each pickling tank has an independent acid circulation system. The acid liquid circulation system is used to continuously heat the acid liquid to keep the acid liquid temperature within the specified process range. In addition, the acid liquid on the surface of the strip can be fully exchanged through the action of circulation and stirring, thereby enhancing the pickling effect; pickling waste The acid is automatically discharged to the spent acid tank for disposal. The spray cleaning system is used to remove the residual acid on the surface of the strip, and it adopts four-stage serial counter-flow to save water consumption. After the strip comes out of the cleaning tank, the surface of the strip is dried by a hot air dryer. During the belt threading process, the strip head is tracked by the threading and fixing-length system, so as to turn on the lifting and lowering of each squeeze roller in the pickling process section, so that the belt threading can be completed smoothly.

After the strip reaches the 4# side guide, it is cut and trimmed by a disc, oiled by an oiler, and then coiled by a coiler into a coil.

The waste edge cut by the disc shears is rolled into a roll by the waste edge coiler for transportation and processing. In order to tighten the strip steel, a tension device is installed on the inlet side of the oiler.

When the reel jaws of the coiler clamp the tape head and coil it for two to three turns, the whole unit can be accelerated to the set process speed for pickling, and the unqualified part of the strip tail is cut off at the outlet hydraulic shear.

The coiled steel coil is unloaded from the reel by the export ground-type steel coil trolley, and after being bundled, it is transported to the export steel coil storage revolving frame, and the pickled coil is hoisted into the pre-rolling rack with a crane. stockpile.

In order to improve the workshop environment, the pickling unit is equipped with a set of acid mist extraction and purification system. After the acid mist is washed and absorbed, the HCl content discharged into the atmosphere is less than 10mg/m3.
